7. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the consulting services with written notice, as specified in the service agreement. Any outstanding payments or obligations must be settled upon termination.
8. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms: Impactful Insights reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes, and the revised terms will apply to all future services.
